I wanted to take this opportunity to thank and commend your staff for all that you have done in just two weeks. My uncle really seems to like the meals, and lounge routine.  And, he just beamed after getting to go on an outing with your life enrichment program.  So happy to see that he’s joined in the games, and even wanted to tap those drumsticks to the inspiring music.  Absolutely amazing!  Best of all is your team has paid attention to the little details that really matter and he is already benefitting.  Thank you for making such a difference in his quality of life…you are wonderful people!

Dear Cambrian Team,  I think about you all often and never could ever thank you all enough for the care you gave to my parents and support you gave to me.  Also, I  still crave Angela’s salmon!  😀

Dear Cambrian Staff:  Your work ethic, compassion and love is exemplary.  I am so thankful that my husband was able to be a resident at Cambrian.  From personal experience I now know that Cambrian is among the finest senior living settings anywhere.   Special thanks to the staff members whom I got to interact with regularly;  Pam, Jennifer, Karen, Niccole, Denise, Tina, Jamie, Mel, Roslyn, Jacqulyn, Kara, Laura, Hannah, Melissa, Stacy, Tracey,  Tanya, Connie, Sabrina, William, Laverne, Al, Jackie and Dee Dee.  If I missed anyone please forgive me.  I am just so grateful that he was able to spend his final months in your care.  Thanks for making his end days so comfortable…and mine too!  With heartfelt thanks…

Dear Gareth & Denise,

I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to you and your wonderful staff for taking such amazing care of my dad.   Your staff is beyond outstanding.  They approach their very challenging work with a degree of compassion and professionalism I have not seen in my numerous experiences with other senior living facilities.  You are to be commended for hiring and training the very best!  I saw firsthand how everyone on your staff went above and beyond , in so many ways, large and small.  And, they looked after me too!  I was so impressed by the proactive, problem-solving attitude of the staff.  Your team were always one step ahead of my questions and concerns, often picking up the phone to call me.  I felt informed and reassured.  Even amid pandemic restrictions, I never felt helpless or uncertain about my dad’s care.  What a gift for us!  I know my dad was very appreciative of your staff and their efforts.  They met his every mood-good and not-so-good-with positivity, kindness and patience.  They showed me the same empathy and care.  They made a world of difference during some very sad and difficult days.  I wish I could highlight every individual ‘hero’, but the place is full of them!  The daily actions and compassion of every single person deserves to be lifted up for praise.  Again, thank you to everyone!

There are not enough words to fully express our heartfelt thanks for the love and support you have extended to our family.  From the first day we set foot into Cambrian (more than 3 years ago now) we knew this was the right place for Mom.  Cambrian staff have become a part of our family, which gives us the peace-of-mind that Mom is in good hands at all times.  Thank you!

Denise, Gareth, and Cambrian Staff, …Please know how much you all meant to my father and our family as you cared for him over the past couple of years.  We will have fond memories of all the events and care you gave my father during the hardest parts of his life.  Thank you all, and God Bless!

Dear Gareth & Denise, It’s hard to express the extent of my appreciation to you guys.  I have been with your company for many years now and you guys have always tried to take care of me.  Time and time again you and the entire team have gone above and beyond for me and my family.  I am honestly so, so, so grateful for you guys, and thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it.  Thank you for taking a chance on me years ago and giving me the room to grow to learn more than I ever did in my two years in college. I truly love Cambrian and everything it stands for…I am very proud to be a part of the Cambrian family!  

Dear Cambrian,

I just wanted to personally thank you all for your positive impact on my life. I have learned so much from all of you. I have truly never felt so much a part of something as I do with my Cambrian family. I have seen it time and time again,  when one of us is down we all pull together to bring that person back up.  I have always said that I love my job and I am very proud to say I work for Cambrian Assisted Living… I never thought I would be in the medical field, all I knew is that I wanted to help people and becoming a resident aide has fulfilled that purpose for me…

I love Cambrian…the environment, the staff, and the activities.  You truly are an amazing place and I can’t say enough good about you.  Thanks for all you do every day for my mom.
